Payment Options

Private Pay

Session rates vary depending on services and time spent in session. Sessions and services taking place during normal business hours  range in price starting at approximately $120-$160/ per therapeutic hour. An average therapeutic hour is between 45- 50 min. If choosing "Private Pay" option, full session cost is due at time of service. 



Insurance (in-network) 

Unified Therapy Solutions LLC is in network with a number of insurances. BlueCrossBlueShield (BCBS), United healthcare and others. If our therapists are in network with your insurance, Unified Therapy Solutions LLC will handle billing and submit claims for service. Any co-pay is due at the time of service. 



Insurance (out-of-network)

Unified Therapy Solutions LLC is working to expand network connections. If our therapists are not in network with your insurance, we will work to make that network connection. However, if Unified Therapy Solutions LLC is out of network with the client's insurance company, full payment is due at the time of service. A detailed bill of services rendered will be provided to you so you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company.  

Terms & Conditions

The first session is used as an intake / treatment planning session and is longer in duration to help gather background and determine best treatment options. During initial intake/treatment planning consultation, therapists will help you determine best payment option and walk you through the process. In most cases, a 24 hour cancellation notice policy applies to all sessions and session fees will be applied when policy is not followed.
